So very pleased to have such a great team of people take care of our roof replacement. From start to finish everything worked like clockwork, communications with Courtney great, Billy & Gregg bang on time, no drama & clearly great craftsmen - the roof looks great & has a lot of insulation, the plasterboard work had a lot of angles but all were spot on. Damien did a great job on the plastering & Adam has to be tidiest electrician I've ever seen. All were great guys who I'd be happy to have in our home anytime. Couldn't be happier guys, thanks so much - our very hot/cold conservatory in now a perfect garden room that can be used 365 days of the year. Certainly can give a 100% recommendation to anyone thinking about using Billy & his team.

Had conservatory roof replaced with Leka system and slate tiles. The lads did an amazing job and the finished project looks better than I was expecting. They worked tirelessly to make sure it was completed on time and to very high standard. I would recommend to anyone looking to replace their conservatory roof. I cannot recommend Norwich Conservatory Roofs highly enough. My husband and I had some work completed on our leaking conservatory roof by another company a couple of months ago - unfortunately this work was not completed properly, and we came home Friday evening to find our conservatory flooded. I came across Norwich Conservatory Roofs via Google and contacted Courtney & Bill at 7pm - they picked up straight away and were incredibly understanding of our situation. They treated the leak as an emergency and agreed to visit the property the following morning (Saturday). Bill arrived exactly when he said he would and made an assessment of the previous work that had been done - he was able to explain to us what needed rectifying, and was transparent with us about the fact that this could be a large/ costly job. Due to personal circumstances we would not be able to complete the job in full at this time, so Bill performed a thorough temporary repair to prevent further water damage. When my husband mentioned in passing that we had been having issues with our guttering, Bill offered to look at this for us too - he was able to resolve the issue there and then.
Bill & Courtney offered a hugely personal service and we are really grateful for their professionalism and experience. We will not hesitate to get back in touch with them to complete the work on our conservatory roof, and have every faith this job will be completed to an extremely high standard.

Our garage was converted to a bedroom but our builder did an awful job when replacing the flat roof and it did not get approved by the building inspector. After much searching we were lucky enough to find this company. The owner, Billy, took on the task and has done a fantastic job. Very professional, very courteous and considerate. We are delighted with the results, which look MUCH better than our builder’s efforts, and the roof will now be signed off by the building inspector. We cant recommend Billy and his company highly enough.

Billy , his family and team were working at our property for just over a week fitting a new conservatory roof.They were always on time, extremely polite and willing to help with problems that arose even if it was not directly to do with the job they were doing . They were very tidy and kept their working area clear of debris as we had dogs.

You’ve turned an unusable ‘lean-to’ into a fantastic extra room; insulated, soundproofed from the rain, warm and welcoming. Such a professional job by them and finished to a high standard. Good communication and welcome advice. Looking forward to using our all year round conservatory.

I can’t believe how quick they transformed a cold space into an insulated masterpiece. In the first day they not only removed the old roof but assembled the new frame and left the conservatory watertight. Sure they ran into a couple of head scratching moments due to the original construction, but they worked extra the first day to get everything in place. Even without the tiles and plastering the difference was staggering. After a week the whole conversion was completed. I’ve actively monitored the heating bill and on the coldest days the bill has been slashed by about half. So do these roofs work, absolutely. All of the crew that was on site was respectful, insightful and tidy, like incredibly tidy. Special shout out to Billy, engaging and a great sense of humour. I’ll post pics once the plaster is painted and the spots are in. It has totally transformed the room. Massive thanks to the whole team.
